Return and Refund Policy

At MFBuddy, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you encounter an issue with your order, the following policies will apply.

1. Exchange Policy for Wrong or Defective Products :-
– Eligibility for Exchange: If you receive the wrong product or a defective item, we will gladly offer an exchange.
– Unboxing Video Requirement: To qualify for an exchange, you must provide a complete, unedited unboxing video that clearly shows the defect or wrong product. The video must be continuous, from the package being sealed to the defect being shown. No cuts or edits are allowed.
– No Video, No Exchange: If you do not have an unboxing video, we regret that we cannot process an exchange, even if the product is incorrect or defective.
– Exchange Process: Once your exchange request is approved, we will arrange a return pickup. A courier will come to your location to collect the product.

2. Exchange Policy for Products You Don’t Like :-
– If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, we offer an exchange for another product of your choice.
– Shipping Costs: In this case, shipping costs for the exchange will be borne by the customer.

3. Refund Policy :-
– Out of Stock Products: If the product you wish to exchange is out of stock and we cannot fulfill the request, a refund will be issued.
– Refund Process: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on customer preference.
