Refund, Return & Exchange Policy – MFBuddy
Order Dispatch Time: Within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Delivery Time: Maximum 7 working days (may vary depending on location and courier service).
Tracking Details: Tracking information will be shared within 1–2 business days after dispatch.
Our return and exchange policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and unworn
In the same condition as delivered
Packed in its original box/packaging with tags & accessories
🚫 Non-returnable items include:
Used, worn, or washed shoes, clothes, or accessories.
Items without original packaging/tags.
Products damaged due to misuse or customer negligence.
Discounted or clearance sale items.
To ensure smooth resolution in case of product defects/damage, customers must provide an unboxing video:
Record a 360° unboxing video from start to finish.
The video must:
Be continuous (no cuts or edits).
Start by showing the sealed package from all angles.
Clearly capture the entire unboxing until the product is fully shown.
Excuses not accepted for missing video proof:
“I forgot to record the video.”
“I trusted the seller so I didn’t record.”
“The video got deleted.”
“I didn’t know I had to record.”
⚠️ Without valid unboxing video proof, no exchange or replacement will be processed.
No Refunds – Only Exchanges are available for shoes, clothes, watches, and accessories.
Exchanges are allowed only if the product is:
Defective
Damaged during delivery
Wrong product/size sent
Exchange will be made for the same product or same value item (depending on availability).
Sale/discounted items cannot be exchanged.
To return or exchange a product, please send it to: {physical address}.
Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
For high-value items (like watches), we recommend trackable shipping service or insurance.
If a refund is approved (only under rare cases such as unavailability of stock), the amount will be credited to your original payment method within a few working days.
For late or missing refunds:
First, check your bank account again.
Then contact your card company/bank (processing delays are common).
