5. Shipping & Delivery
Dispatch: Within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
Delivery Time: Typically within 7 working days, depending on courier and location.
Tracking: Shared via email/WhatsApp within 1–2 business days of dispatch.
Open Delivery (where available): Customers may inspect items at delivery.
Transparent Packaging: For all other orders, we use clear packaging so you can see your product before accepting.
Risk of loss/damage transfers to the customer once the package is handed over to the courier.
6. Returns & Exchanges
No Refunds – Only Exchanges.
Exchanges are provided only if:
The product is defective/damaged.
The wrong size, model, or color was sent.
Exchange Conditions:
Notify us within 6 hours of delivery via email at info@mfbuddy.com.
Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
A clear unboxing video (360°, continuous, no cuts/edits) is mandatory for exchange requests.
Sale/Discounted Items: Not eligible for exchange.
